From February 2022 to May 2022, using the applications "Odnoklassniki" and "Telegram" on his personal mobile phone, he transmitted information in private correspondence with a serviceman of the Russian Federation regarding the location of Ukrainian Armed Forces units and other military formations established according to Ukrainian law in the city of Odesa and the Odesa district of the Odesa region. Additionally, from May to early June 2021, he unlawfully acquired, by appropriating what was found, a pistol and 121 cartridges of 5.6 mm, 52 long-barreled cartridges of 5.6 mm caliber, and 68 short pistol cartridges of 5.6 mm caliber.
