On June 16, 2021, Shkatov established contact with an individual who presented themselves as a representative of the Russian Federation. He provided information about the presence of a large quantity of small arms and military equipment at the Central Artillery Weapons Base of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0153) located in the city of Sarny, Rivne region. Additionally, he purchased and stored at his residence 2 RG-5 offensive hand grenade bodies, 1 UZRGM-2 type universal fuse, and 120 cartridges, which are ammunition for 5.45 caliber firearms.Additional photos
