In 2018, Rushchak was recruited by a counterintelligence officer of the so-called “MGB LPR”, who acted under the supervision of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation represented by the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, while in the controlled territory of Ukraine. It was also established that Rushchak, on the instructions of the counterintelligence officer of the so-called “MGB LNR”, periodically reported data on the movement of military equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the controlled territory of Ukraine.Additional photos
