Using the Telegram application, Belyaev recorded and sent a video message to a representative of the Russian Federation with the codename Pavel Mironov, in which he negatively described the socio-political situation in Ukraine and justified the military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation. In addition, using the Telegram application, Belyaev provided the representative of the Russian Federation with the pseudonym Pavel Mironov with information about the location of air defense systems of the Ukrainian military in the Saltovsky district of Kharkiv and near the Kharkiv International Airport.
