While at an undisclosed location in Kyiv, using the mobile application "Telegram," he conspired with an unidentified representative of a foreign state, the aggressor country of the Russian Federation, to undertake actions detrimental to the sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability, defense capability, and state security of Ukraine by providing assistance to a foreign state, foreign organization, or their representatives in conducting subversive activities against Ukraine.
