Makarevich V.M., while in the city of Balakliya, Izyum district, Kharkiv region, since June 2022, acting deliberately and being aware of the unlawful nature of her actions, realized her criminal intent aimed at taking a position related to the performance of organizational and administrative functions in the authorities created in the temporarily occupied territory, including in the occupation administration of the aggressor state. She voluntarily agreed with the representatives of the occupation administration of the Russian Federation to be appointed to the position of head of the personnel support department of the temporary civil administration of the city of Balakliya, Kharkiv region.
